Dear LEI,
A special thanks to Mike Samniego who was my consultant throughout my time of refinancing and who worked closely and diligently with me in getting the “interest only” loan. It has saved me a lot of money and had definitely lessened my struggle in securing my home.
While I was overwhelmed with a barrage of mortgage companies calling on a regular basis, I am so glad I answered the phone and listened to Mike Ballister as he introduced me to this “interest only” loan. So far, it’s been a good thing and I am ever so grated for to Mike Ballister and Mike Samniego for getting me there.
